Responsibilities:

• Understand customer’s quality requirements from Sales Manager & Div Head to frame out the QC strategy
• Frequent visit to factory and provide on-site training to QC team
• Train, guide & supervise QC team to catch quality issues during in-line and final inspection & to provide accurate inspection report
• Schedule & arrange inspections according to Division’s requests & monitor daily inspection schedules of QC team
• Report to Sales Manager & Div Head for any quality and delivery problem with solution or recommendation

 Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Textile, Clothing or related discipline
• 10 years quality control experiences in woven, cotton knit and outerwear apparel with minimum 5 years at supervisory level
• Experience in South American market, department stores or brand items would be an advantage
• Strong technical background in garment quality control inspection
• Effective communication with internal and external parties
• Strong leadership, problem solving and analytical skills
• Familiar with using MS Word and MS Excel
