Responsibilities:

• Perform receptionist duties such as answering phone calls and greeting visitors;
• Provide customer service and responsible for cashiering function, transactions of goods, data-entry and stock control;
• Assist in administrative work of the company;
• Full-time : Perform shift work on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays;
  Part-time : Work on weekdays; 
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Customer Service Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Form 5 standard or above;
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Sales/ Retail/ Customer Service industry;
• Responsible, eager to learn and willing to accept additional tasks;
• Proficient in Word, Excel as well as Chinese and English word processing;
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese as well as Mandarin;
• Fresh Graduates will also be considered;
• Immediately available is preferred.
