Our Account Managers operate with minimal day-to-day supervision and are involved in developing and launching campaigns on behalf of our client(s).  They demonstrate leadership to ensure great team work that delivers high quality campaigns which fulfils the clients objectives. The role provides supervision and guidance to junior team members and ensures their personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities:

• Outstanding project management skills with strong sense of quality and timing
• Ability to manage & supervise execution of ATL / BTL advertising campaigns
• Able to work under pressure, develop good rapport with client and manage an AC / AE
• Ensure clear and effective communication between internal and external parties involved in the process, from conception to campaign launch

Requirements:

The roles are suitable for an Account Executive now looking to move up to a more senior role.

• Degree holder with at least 3 years of advertising agency experience, preferably with experience of FMCG
• Strong in execution, project management and interpersonal skills gained in an agency environment
• Preferably with production experience also gained in an agency
• Proactive, open-minded, attention to detail, efficient, “can do” attitude
• For one of the roles fluency in Cantonese and excellent written and spoken English is required; for the Red Fuse role, fluency in English is essential and other Asia languages are useful.
