Responsibilities

• Responsible for shopping malls leasing, tenancy administration and marketing for the Group’s projects in Guangzhou
• Formulate and implement leasing strategies, policies and plans
• Conduct market research and tenant mix analysis
• Maintain excellent relationship with tenants by providing quality tenant services
• Co-ordinate renovation works, takeover / handover of premises, fitting-out works and ad hoc duties
• To lead and manage the leasing team

Requirements

• Degree holder in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years' experience in leasing shopping malls with leading property developers
• Good business acumen and strong retail network in PRC
• Excellent interpersonal skills, sound analytical mind and proactive attitude
• Fluency in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• PRC working experience is a must and frequent travel is required
