Responsibilities:

• Report to Head of Human Resources to lead the C&B team
• Review compensation and benefits (C&B) policy regularly and make recommendations and implement changes
• Conduct C&B analysis and reports
• Assist in HRIS enhancement and implementation
• Perform secretarial duties in meetings and committees, complaints handling and hearing.
• Assist in any ad hoc project or as assigned
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR Manager                                                      

Requirements:

• Recognized degree in HRM is preferred with at least 8 years relevant experience and minimum 3 years at supervisory role
• Self-motivated, possess good analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
• A strong team player with clear communications and presentation skills
• Experience in salary surveys and position mappings
• Experience in using HRIS
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Access and Powerpoint
• Proficient in Employment Ordinance, up-to-date HRM practices and relevant legislations
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Knowledge of NGO setting is an advantage
