Duties:

• Prepare contracts, relevant shipping documents & Customs Declaration in Import & Export;
• Coordinate with various departments as to monitor shipment/ logistics schedule to ensure prompt delivery
• Handle Incoming Calls and Courier Arrangement
• Coordinate Shipment Arrangement with Overseas Supplier, China Customers & Forwarder;
• Coordinate Warranty Claim Issue with Suppliers, Engineers & Customers
• Handle ad-hoc issues and clerical issues

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above
• Proficient in MS Office and Typing Skills (Chinese & English)
• Good command of English and Mandarin (Written & Spoken)
• At least 3-Years Experiences working in relevant field;
• General Trading Experience is an advantage
• Collaborative, Easy to work with, Teamwork Style 
• Immediate Available is an advantage
