Responsibilities:

• Responsible for recruitment and hiring of office and frontline staff
• Preparation of payroll & MPF contribution & insurance administration
• Manage all HR operations and supervise of general administration, shipping and logistic
• Implementation of strategies to support business objectives of company
• Enhancement of policies and procedures
• Ad. hoc duties assigned by Management

Requirement:

• Degree holder
• Min. 5 years experience in HR & Admin field with at least 2 years at managerial level
• Proficiency in MS office of Word and Excel
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese & English
• Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure and in fast pacing environment
• Immediate available is preferred

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR & Admin Manager.
