Responsibilities:

• Manage all project activities and requirements with consultants, authorities, contractors and other personnel to ensure the completion of projects in a cost-effective manner and within the time frame and quality standards set by the management
• Responsible for Overall Project Management of E&M work for Shanghai Project
• Monitor the design development and construction progress
• Perform contract administration and site supervision

 Requirements:

• Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering / Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• Possess recognized qualifications of Member of HKIE or equivalent
• Minimum 15 years' relevant experience with at least 8 years’ experience in PRC project
• Experience in handling large-scale commercial projects in PRC
• Familiar with PRC regulations and procedures of building, planning and land
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua (a MUST) and Cantonese
• Proficiency in MS Office application & Chinese word processing is a MUST
• Station in PRC / Shanghai
