Our client, a leading real estate developer is looking to appoint a key Sales and marketing Director to a key real estate development in Hong Kong. The appointment will be in charge of the sales, marketing activity of residential projects in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for sales and market review of residential projects and activities primarily in Hong Kong.
• Prepare regular updates of latest market trends for Sales and Leasing in the different property sectors.
• Provide detailed analysis and justification for project pricing strategy.
• Provide market review on the sales and leasing activities of competitors.
• Liaise and coordinate with other channel companies for marketing HK projects overseas.
• Lead in formulation of overall sales and marketing strategy for each project in HK.

Requirement:

• Degree qualification in marketing or related discipline
• 5-10 years previous experience in property sales and marketing.
• Sales and target oriented with strong leadership skills 
• Knowledgeable of market and competitor pricing for residential and other property sectors.
• Able to work independently and be a proactive and energetic team player with self-motivation, creativity and positive working attitude.
• Strong organization and leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Putonghua.
