Job Description

Being a supporting role in the US Buying team, this role is responsible to develop and maintain detailed projects schedule, works across internal and external stakeholders in providing administrative support to the team.

Responsibilities & Specific Accountabilities include:

  • Provide clerical and administrative support, such as generating report, setting up meeting and sample coordination in Showroom
  • Coordinate projects and alert project team members of critical timeline and targets
  • Support project updates, maintenance of supporting documentation and system support
  • Communicate with Vendors on buy trip arrangement and after buy trip follow ups
  • Assist in ad hoc projects, attend project meeting, video / telephone conference, etc.

Key Position Requirements:

  • Tertiary Institute Graduate or equivalent in any discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably gained in sourcing or merchandising
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Including Mandarin)
  • Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Responsible, proactive and a good team player 
  • Excellent communication skills, detail-minded and outgoing
  • Fresh graduate with internship experiences is welcome to apply
