• Minimum 10 years' merchandising experience in the relevant item, of which 4 years at the same level
• Strong in product development is a MUST
• Experienced in dealing with US designers & buyers
• Good knowledge of the nature of different yarn qualities & sweater construction
• Sound sourcing base for yarn & sample development
• Trading or buying office background is preferable
• Good command of spoken & written English and able to communicate in Mandarin
• Good communication, planning, analytical and leadership skills
• Mature, responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Willing to travel
