The Job:   

• To manage the day to day warehouse operational activities in complying with standard operating procedures
• To review internal process and identify process improvement solution so as to enhance the productivity, cost saving and service level
• To set up warehousing KPI to measure performance, generating reports and performance measures in terms of inventory availability, stock turnover, on-time supply, to support business decision making and management reporting.
• To develop a professional and motivated operational team and implement efficient manpower planning
• To build effective working relationship with all departments
• To set control procedures to minimize the shrinkage and product damage
• In conjunction with distribution management team to ensure the organizations assets are secured at all time
• To maintain stock integrity to ensure security of assets and order fill services

The Person:

• 10 years or above solid experience in sizeable operational management position within a modern warehousing environment.
• With proven record of Initiate changes and process reengineering to enhance and strengthen the work process in warehouse management by setting KPI in respective areas
• Possesses good planning skills in order to execute logistics activities within a change environment
• Good communication skills well across in a fast moving operational and with good presentation skills.
• Computer literate with advanced knowledge of a modern warehouse management system.
• Participate in a team environment, overwhelming the operational constraints to the changing business needs
