BUSINESS ADVISORY SERVICE

Role & Responsibilities:

- Assist in providing accounting and payroll outsourcing services to our clients (mainly overseas) with tight timelines;

- Handle full set of accounts for accounting companies;

- Prepare payroll reports, bank autopay reports, payroll slips and MPF remittance statements for payroll clients;

- Prepare payment instructions (including auto-pay, cheques and telegraphic transfer forms);

- Gather information for filing Employer’s Return;

- Work closely with clients and banks, as well as internal departments of our firm; and

- Perform ad hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements:

- Higher diploma or degree holder in Accounting or Business related disciplines;

- Knowledge in the Employment Ordinance and MPF regulations is an advantage;

- Work experience in professional firms (especially in accounting and payroll department) is preferable;

- Pleasant personality, willing to learn and attentive to details;

- Work well under pressure and is committed to clients’ timelines;

- Responsible, good time management, well organized and multi-tasking;

- Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially Excel; and

- Fluent in both verbal and written English and Chinese
