Tardigade is looking for a creative and energetic HRA leader joining us to create an effective and enjoyable workplace, to support our fast growing business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and implement company HRA policy and strategy, to create an effective and enjoyable workplace
• Deal with HR duties including recruitment, payroll, insurances, appraisal, and compensation management etc.
• Provide administrative support for daily and regular office functions
• Report directly to Tardigade president

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Human Resource Management
• Minimum 3 years experience in HR function
• Familiar with Hong Kong employment related regulations
• Experienced in HRA policy development is a big plus
• Good in English
• Immediate available is preferred
• Passionate, responsible and a good team player
