Responsibilities:

l  Provide general administrative support to the office.

l  Assist in handling office administrative duties and work on ad hoc. projects as assigned and;

l  Manage the supporting to deliver HR and administration services which include manpower planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development, insurance, office administration and maintain all staff personnel information and;

l  Coordinate with HK office in the implementations of HR policies, and make necessary amendments to ensure such policies are in alignment with local employment law.

Requirements:

l  Degree holder in HRM, Business Administration or related discipline

l  Minimum 2 years of HR and administrative experience

l  Familiar with employment related ordinances in Hong Kong and China

l  Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English

l  Well-versed in MS Office applications

l  Mature, multi-tasking and with good leadership skills

l  A proactive team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
