• Lead and manage outdoor LED/digital signage/lighting/billboard projects from ideas, media and traffic aspect, technical feasibility study, project planning, vendor selection, contract and budgetary management, on-site execution to ensure projects can be achieved with high quality standard, on schedule as well as meet regulatory requirements;

• Establish close and long term business relationship with property owners and provide professional customer services and solutions to meet their needs;

• Liaise with technical partners to explore creative, innovative and interactive marketing campaigns ;

• Collaborate with team members to complete business tasks, share market knowledge as well as develop best practice methodologies and approaches for enhancing advertising business operations;

• Follow up after-sales and maintenance contract

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Creative Media or related discipline

• Over 3 years of solid experience in project management is preferred

• With relevant experience in media or advertising industry is an advantage

• Good knowledge in LED display, digital signage, stage lighting and E&M services

• Good leadership, strong communication, result-oriented and strong sense of responsibility

• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
