Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Report to QA Director, participates in Pre-Production meetings, with follow-up as necessary
- Conducts during-production (DUPRO) inspections
- Assesses & improves factory Quality Management Systems
- Conducts failure investigations & root cause analysis
- Assist factories in developing Corrective Action Plans (CAP) and oversees implementation
- Support on Sourcing team or other parties to assist in factory evaluation
Job Requirements :
- Undergraduate Degree holder major in Quality Assurance or Engineering Management or Related Field
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing preferable
- Minimum 6 years’ relevant work experience preferably in US sourcing companies/ retailer with solid factory QA experience and manufacturing process or production
- Strong verbal & written communication skill in English
- Frequent travel is required
