Job Duties:

• Understand members’ needs and deliver high quality services to ensure members satisfaction
• Maintain smooth and efficient food and beverage services to members
• Provide high standard of quality and service to the members including making recommendations on food and wine, responding to requests, comments and suggestions
• Take orders and recommend dishes and beverages
• Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of all orders including menu details
• Ensure cleanliness and maintaining hygiene standards throughout the services
• Ensure that all standards & procedures for the operation of the club are followed
• Complete work & side duties, opening & closing tasks for an effective operation

Requirements:

• Holder of certificate / diploma in Hotel or Catering Operations
• At least 2-3 years relevant experience in catering business
• Having knowledge in Food & Beverage, especially Wine and Cocktail
• Respond in a timely manner to members’ reactions whenever required
• Service-oriented and a good team player
• Outgoing and energetic personality
• Passionate in F&B industry
• Able to work under pressure with flexibility of adapting in a fast-paced environment
• Good command of written and spoken English is an advantage
• Less experienced candidate will be considered as Bartender / Barmaid
• Immediately available is highly preferred
