Responsibilities: 

• Perform a wide range of duties include department project co-ordination, office administration duties 
• Ensure the effectiveness of day-to-day administrative duties, including but not limited to office management, facilities management, fixed assets management 
• To handle ad-hoc projects

Requirements: 

• Diploma or above in Business or related 
• Minimum 3 years related experience 
• Proficiency in General Office Computer Applications 
• Able to work independently 
• Fluent Cantonese and good in English and Mandarin 
• Structured working approach and strong coordination / organizational skills
