Our client, a reputable financial institution is looking for a APAC Network Engineering Lead for their expanding business. Selected candidate will be managing their firm-wise network initiatives, projects and operations. Excellent growth potential and cutting edge projects; Great remuneration.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the team to drive trading network projects and operations service across Asia
• Design/Deliver high-throughput, latency sensitive network platform
• Work with client service team to develop high availbiity network solutions that meet the technical requirements of trading infrastructure
• Prepare technical proposal and work with the external networking counterpart directly
• Work closely with the global team to manage budget, headcount

Skills Required:

• A team leadership experience in the networking space, ideally in a financial industry related environment
• In-depth knowledge of data networking principles and Asia trading network infrastructure
• Proven knowledge networking technologies with the below:
• Hardware: Cisco Switches, Cisco ASA, Nexus 3K/5K, F5 BigIP Load Balancers, Juniper
• Ethernet technologies: spanning tree, vlans, trunking, channeling, multilayer switching
• Protocols: VPN IPSEC, OSPF, BGP, NAT/PAT, HSRP/GLBP, SNMP, ACL, 802.1Q, STP
• CCIE preferred
• Prioritization and time management skills
• Excellent Communications skill in English
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good problem solving skills
• Excellent Teamwork and interpersonal skills
