Main Duties & Responsibilities:

To handle the general accounting duties including -

• To perform collection input & adjustment in iPlus
• To prepare collection summary and other collection reports
• To issue, check and mail out official receipts against collection records
• To handle business contract checking & filing
• To handle and process refund applications
• To go to the bank for cheque deposit, bank reconciliation and other banking correspondence
• To liaise with sales unit and report to Supervisor on daily operation
• To assist Supervisor to monitor receivable, prepare management report and perform analysis
• To perform clerical duties of filing, photocopying and internal mailing
• To assist in billing closing & commission calculation
• To prepare ad hoc reports as requested by Supervisor / Assistant Accountant

Requirements:

• Accounting graduate or equivalent
• At least 2 years' relevant working experience
• With good experience with mainframe accounting systems
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and Outlook Express applications
• Good English and Cantonese, Putonghua a plus
• Mature and reliable, willing to learn and can work under pressure
