Job Description

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Review, recommend and implement accounting procedure, internal control procedure; and to streamline the financial management process;
Provide financial analysis for investment or management decision and work closely with investee companies and investors on business strategy, annual budget, financial reports, financing
Perform ad hoc job duties
University graduate with at least 5 years' relevant experience in finance and accounting, of which at least 3 years in managerial position
Relevant experience gained in private equity fund is preferred
CPA, ACCA or other professional accounting qualification is a must
Independent, proactive, problem solver and good team player
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
Willing to travel
