Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting functions, maintain proper accounting records
• Prepare monthly financial statements and accounting analysis
• Handle staff reimbursement and MPF
• Handle staff business travel arrangement such as ticket & hotel booking, visa application etc
• Provide administrative support to the team and ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:
• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance with minimum 3-5 years relevant working experience in accounting and administrative work preferred. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant
• Mature, well-organized, detailed-oriented, analytical mind
• Work with minimal guidance & direction from manager
• A strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Familiar with MS Office applications
