Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Maintain HR database and update HR system
• Prepare regular report (e.g. movement changes report, headcount movement report, turnover rate report, headcount forecasting report)
• Support in performing payroll for HK headquarters, act as administer of pension, insurance and assist in payroll/pension-related preparation.
• Prepare correspondence eg., reference letter, visa application, probation completion follow up, etc.
• Other HR support and ad-hoc project e.g. handle travel booking, P-file keeping

 

 Things you should bring along / Qualifications: 

• University degree in Human Resources or other related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge on HRIS is preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, independent and willing to learn
