You will be responsible for HR activities including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations and policies and programs administration.  You will provide guidance to employees on HR related matters and provide support in certain aspects of office adminstration as well as any other ad-hoc projects.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Human Resource Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in an MNC environment
• Strong analytical skills, meticulous and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Sound understanding of all facets of HR practices and conversant with Asia Pacific labour practices
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for the Associate Manager position
