Requirements & Responsibilities:

• University graduate, preferably with a degree in Corporate Governance
• At least 5 years of solid experience in company secretarial field or similar corporate exposure and prefer to have prior working experience gained with professional firms and in-house practice
• Assist the Head of Company Secretarial Department / Assistant Company Secretary to deal with all aspects of corporate secretarial duties of the Bank Group entities
• Associate member of the HK Institute of Chartered Secretaries or equivalent
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese 
• Excellent presentation and communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Ability to deal with and handle multiple and changing priorities
• Good work attitude and ability to work independently and as a team
