This role is mainly responsible for managing training & people development programs and performance management cycle in line with organization development.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist line manager to plan and develop Training and Development programs and related budget planning;
• Work in collaboration with divisions in identifying training and people development needs;
• Develop, organize and deliver training curriculum and execute training plan;
• Assist to select appropriate external training consultants to deliver training workshops according to agreed training plans;
• Work closely with Headquarter in implementing organization-wide training initiatives and assist to nominate staff to participate in corporate and regional training programs;
• Track training records, evaluation scores and conduct analysis for reporting;
• Provide guidance on performance management (PM) policy and coordinate the annual KPI setting and year-end Performance Review exercises, to ensure that the PM process is properly followed and implemented;
• Provide timely data analysis and reporting on training and performance management;
• Support HR projects and staff engagement activities as and when required.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder with minimum 5 years of training and people development and/ or performance management related experience;
• Strong ability to prioritize, organize, and manage competing priorities;
• Energetic and passionate, must be flexible and willing to take on new challenges;
• Strong communications and coordination skills, proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin);
• Immediately available preferred.
