Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide general office admin duties and perform reception duties
  • Handle telephone calls and enquiries in professional manner
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and samples
  • Provide clerical and internal support to departments such as travel arrangement, data entry, filing, etc
  • Assist in organizing company functions and ad-hoc project as assigned

 

Requirements

  • Form 7 or above with 3 years relevant experience
  • Proficiency in use of MS office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Pleasant with customer oriented, good communication skills
  • Sensitive to figures, detail oriented, well organized
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
