Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain product strategies and features to enhance product image and quality
• Design, develop, execute and monitor product and business planning
• Modulate product features and pricing with response to the dynamic market conditions
• Explore business and promotion opportunities to develop merchant offers for cardholders
• Monitor closely the portfolio and budget to ensure the achievement of product KPI and profitability
• Supervise and motivate subordinates' performance to meet aggressive business targets and financial targets
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies
  
  

Requirements:

• University graduate with a minimum of 15 years working experience in credit card business
• Have solid supervisory experience
• Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
• Effective communication & presentation skills
• Good market awareness and sensitivity
