Scope of Work：

• Manage daily middle and back office operations；
• Oversees Cash Management, Settlement, Fund Operation & Client Control；
• Liaise with various parties including Trustee, Fund Managers, Brokers, Auditor and Custodian Banks and internal parties as well；
• Prepare and review year end and interim financial statement, reports in light of all application regulation and guidelines；
• Ensure business is in compliance with all applicable laws, KYC/AML regulations and operational risk control procedures；

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree holder and at least 4 years of experience in Operations Management / middle Office etc., preferably with Asset Management;
• Appropriate level of knowledge and experience in compliance related to SFC Type 9 regulated activities, sound knowledge of SFO, regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities ;
• Reviewing operational risk incidents and liaising with the relevant departments to rectify and mitigate risk;
• Product knowledge –Fund of Funds, Selective Equity & Equity-Linked Fund; Fixed Income & Convertible Hybrids Fund; Private Convertibles Fund; Private Equity & Venture Capital Fund; Cash Management Fund, etc.;
• Familiar with fund administration, settlement, valuation and accounting;
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities to meet internal and external deadlines;
• Excellent interpersonal skills，good command of spoken Cantonese and Mandarin, and read/ write Chinese.
