Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head of Risk Control Department, and support the business development needs of the company on various products, to design and develop the Risk Monitoring System for both Market Risk and Credit Risk needs;
• Assist to liaise with the other departments, such as business, operations and IT, to coordinate the implementation of the Risk Monitoring System, and perform the necessary system testing;
• Responsible for the daily production of risk reports for both Market Risk exposure and Credit Risk exposure;
• Manage the daily risk reports production processes to improve their efficiency and mitigate potential operational risks;
• Handle any ad-hoc requirement on risk reporting in a timely manner;
• Perform other duties as shall from time to time be directed by the superiors.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Operation Management or IT with a minimum of 5 years experience in Risk Management in banking and/or sizable financial/ securities & brokerage company, with FRM qualifications preferred;
• Solid project management experience is preferred;
• Good communication and organization skills;
• Creative and eager to learn new things;
• Able to work independently and under pressure;
• Responsible, reliable with pleasant personality and positive working attitude;
• Computer literate and proficient in Excel, Access Database, SQL, VBA or other computer languages;
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Including Mandarin).
