Responsibilities:

• Reviewing of monthly financial statements
• Preparing of monthly reporting and group’s/subgroup’s consolidation work
• Performing financial analysis/modelling
• Coordinating/Participating in Merger and Acquisition transactions
• Assisting in tax compliance work
• Performing regular inspection on internal control procedures and compliance matters
• Suggesting enhancement on existing internal control procedures
• Handling other ad hoc assignments

 Requirements:

• Qualified CPA with more than 5 yrs in big 4 accounting firms with managerial experience; real estate development experience will be an advantage.
• Strong motivation, pro-active and diligent.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in PC skills, particularly on MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
