Job Description
Responsibilities
- Day to day supervision of site works
- Monitor subcontractors' progress and quality of work
- Planning and control of materials storage and usage on site
- Comply environmental protection, health and safety measures on site
- Attend inspection and site meeting
- Other matters as instructed
Requirements
- F. 5 or above
- Relevant trade certificate an advantage
- At least 5 year on-site interior fitting-out work experience
- Capable of handling site operation independently
- Good spoken and written Chinese, knowledge of English an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Immediately available
Applicants with less qualification and experience will be considered for the post of Site Supervisor.
