Requirements:

• Diploma or above of Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A0)  / Plumber's Licence will be an advantage
• 5-8 years of solid experience in handling building services project at site such as BS, P&D & ELV systems etc.
• To monitoring and coordinating the sub-contractors building services installation works
• Coordinate and monitor operation, maintenance and repair activities for building and E&M installations, mark as-fitted drawing
• Manage fitting out, reinstatement and A&A works with tendering procedures
• Conduct feasibility study of system improvement and E&M provision for F&B outlets and retails shops
• Professional on construction sequence and statutory submission
• Able to perform site inspection and testing of the building services to suit the statutory requirements
• Able to work independent and under pressure
• Strong analytical & problem solving skill

Candidates with lesser experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer.
