JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

•            Responsible for office operations such as issuing sales/purchase orders, making quotations & preparation of tender documents
•            Provide sales administrative support
•            To Support Sales Team
•            To liaise with the vendor of logistic & delivery
•            To manage the distribution of inventory control
•            Assist in any ad hoc duties assigned
•            To prepare PO, invoices, shipping advice, shipping documents, delivery orders, and bank document
•            To liaise with local and oversea venders, customers, and logistic parties
•            To keep tracking of the shipping schedule, delivery and outstanding payment

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Form 5 or above
• 2 years working experience is preferred
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and willing OT
• Good command of written and spoken in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is preferred
