Our client, a top-tier digital agency, is looking for a Digital Performance Specialist to join their team in Hong Kong.

As the Digital Performance Specialist you will:

•          Ensure all campaigns are executed successfully, meeting targets
•          Assist in preparation of performance review presentations
•          Provide results analysis, reporting and recommendations on a regular basis
•          Stay updated on SEM/SEO and overall Performance Marketing knowledge
•          Demonstrate an understanding of various digital media channels and how they could potentially benefit your clients’ marketing activity
•          Understand the client’s business and digital marketing objectives
•          Use marketing information and research data to understand the target audiences’ attitudes, behavior and perceptions
•          Clearly communicate the Company’s products and services to clients
•          Assist in preparation for and attend client reviews when needed
•          Participate in social marketing

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

•          Minimum 2 years of experience in digital performance (search and/or display)
•          Solid track record of meeting performance targets
•          Understanding of Web Analytics
•          Strong client-facing skills
•          In-depth knowledge and passion for digital
•          Able to communicate at all levels, up and down
•          English and Cantonese language skills are MANDATORY
