A renowned cosmetic brand is looking for a high-merit individual for the above position

Job Responsibilities

• Lead team and work with Project Management Office
• Define the Retail strategy and work with business stakeholders
• Organize testing and change management
• Plan and organize projects
• Prepare and follow-up projects and initiatives budget
• Monitor project implementation and coordination between all teams
• Identify opportunities for new projects to enhance commercial efficiency
• Ensure effective communications between the team and business stakeholders
• Organize regular meetings with the relevant parties
• Ensure quality of deliverable and completeness achieved the standards

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in related disciplines
• More than 6 years of relevant experience 
• Knowledge in CRM, e-commerce, IT, projects, store operations will be an advantage
• Excellent Chinese, English and Mandarin will be a MUST
• Able to work under pressure
• Willing to travel
