My client, a global top-tier investment bank is looking for a young and bright PMO Analyst for their growing technology risk and security project portfolio. You will be working with global and regional team with exposure to external regulators. Great opportunity with lots of exposure. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage the project governance, management tools, methods, and reporting across the technology risk project portfolio.
• Establish and manage project and programme standards across the project portfolio.
• Work with the Project team to assist in project deliverable and project timeline.
• Work with the different technology teams including Tech Risk, Applications, Infrastructure, Operational Risk, Compliance and legal on project coordination, facilitation etc.
• Manage the tech risk project delivery with internal and external parties including regulators requests / response, policies change etc.
• Facilitate the communication with external auditors and regulators on filings and reports.

Requirements:

• Ideally 3 - 5 years experience on Project management or PMO, experience across IT risk control and Audit space.
• Good concepts of Technology Governance, Information Security, BCP, system development and vendor management etc.
• Experience with technology regulatory requirements is highly preferred.
• Financial / Banking experience is highly preferred.
• Strong personality and confident to work with senior stakeholders.
• Good problem solving and analytical skills.
• Exceptional Communications skills in English.
• Degree from a Reputable University.
• Security related certifications like CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC are preferred.
