Key responsibilities:

• Co-ordinating activities/events for strategy management;
• Conduct market research to gather, analyse and deliver the critical information needed for business opportunities;
• Facilitate and coach strategic discussions for business initiatives and direction;
• Provide strategic recommendations and solutions in workflow re-engineering and operational improvement;
• Work with business unit leaders to monitor strategy execution;
• Occasional business travel to China and Asia.

 Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any disciplines with at least 5 - 8 years of experience in business planning/research;
• Experience in management consulting, strategic planning, market research is a plus;
• Excellent data analytic and presentation skills;
• Able to communicate with senior management and present ideas clearly;
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure;
• Able to make sound recommendations;
• Candidate with more or less experience will be considered as a Manager or Assistant Manager;
• Immediate available is highly preferable.
