Job Responsibilities

• Manage existing accounts and maintain good relationships with clients
• Identify new opportunities  by upsell or cross selling company solutions
• Provide professional advice to clients in digital marketing practice
• Coordinate with product development and marketing strategy team to prepare tailored solutions to clients
• Act as the contact point and escalate any problems from clients to make sure the issue can be solved effectively 

Job Requirements

• 5+ years experiences in account management, preferably from digital marketing / IT industry
• Candidates with digital marketing / advertising agency background is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
