Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Real Estate or related disciplines.
• Holder of EAA License.
• At least 5 years relevant working experience with at least 1 year supervisory experience.
• Well-versed with the Deed of Mutual Covenant (DMC) and the Building Management Ordinance (BMO).
• Familiar with leasing procedures and the Landlord and Tenant (Consolidation) Ordinance.
• Previous exposure of retail and residential leasing are essential.
• Good commercial network in both HK and PRC.
• Familiar with the property market and business environment in HK and PRC.
• Strong business and marketing sense.
• Self-motivated with personal integrity, can work under pressure.
• Team player with terrific communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Highly responsible and well-organized.
• Good command in both spoken English and Mandarin, written English and Chinese.
