Duties:

• To carry out all duties in planning, management, organization and implementation of project and event
• To coordinate on logistical arrangement and to provide onsite support for all kinds of events
• Work closely with internal teams in developing marketing material, creative idea and execution;
• Proficient in all design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, In design; familiar with Premiere Pro are preferred
• Provide visual support in preparing proposal and marketing material

Requirements:

• University degree is preferable
• Creative, self-motivated and interested in arts and culture
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage
• Experience in event, public relation & project management is required
• Experience in graphic design, film and media is preferable
• Ability to work independently but also work as a team; strong communication skills and can work under pressure and tight schedule
• Able to work under flexi hours
• Pleasant and outgoing character
• Immediate available is high preferred
