Responsibilities :

• Be the key contact point to meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their marketing and production requirements; develop and maintain strong client relationship
• Acting as a link between clients and in-house creative teams to ensure the project deliverables are met in a timely manner and within budget provided, including:

           - Negotiate with clients and in-house team members about the details of project, timeline              and budget

           - Develop presentations, reports and other related documents as required

           - Regular project status updates to all key stakeholders (e.g. clients and internal team                   members)

           - Project monitoring

• Other ad-hoc projects as assigned (including company in-house marketing activities)

(for Account Manager role)

• Develop new business opportunities and prepare pitching document and proposals

Requirements :

• Degree holder, preferable in marketing / Advertising / Public Relations / Communications
• At least 3 years solid client servicing experience in creative marketing / advertising / production agencies (for manager role, 5 years or above related experience is expected)
• Excellent command in both English and Chinese (written & spoken). Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage
• Detailed minded, creative, self-motivated with strong organizational and problem solving skills
• Strong in communications and presentation skills
• Experience in digital marketing, blogging or with strong social media sense is an added advantage
