Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support to marketing team (mainly for Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect project)
  • Liaise with the mainland clients and manage other marketing resources to implement the marketing strategy.
  • Assist the team in marketing initiatives
  • Support ETNet migration to Ayers, provide functions coaching to the Sales and A/E.
  • Prepare and refine the trading system manual to be updated to our website
  • Ad-hoc duties  

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Business, Marketing and related discipline.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills and fluency in Mandarin are essential; 
  • 1 – 2 years of related working experience is preferable
  • Able to work independently and is a good team player;
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin & Cantonese.
  • Responsible, mature, self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Familiar with MS Office application (e.g. Email, MS Word and Excel) and Chinese Word Processing.
