Job Responsibilities

• Develop customer network and maintain excellent business relationships whilst achieving sales targets
• Responsible for retail shop daily operations and shop maintenance
• Stock keeping and manage database on a daily basis
• Maintain close relations with existing customers and develop new customers
• Follow up orders, before and after sales customer services
• Assist in marketing activities such as trade shows, promotions, exhibitions and ad hoc events
• Job locations: next to Sai Ying Pun MTR Station and/or San Po Kong

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Sales & Marketing or related discipline
• Retail shop working experience preferred
• Passion in Wine, or with WSET Certificate
• Pleasant personality, willing to learn, positive attitude and good team player
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is preferable
