Key Responsibilities :

• Handling all supplier invoice posting and settle payments
• Assist in preparing month end closing and financial reports
• Monitor a small team to perform the account payable function
• Handle ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned

Requirements :

• Higher diploma in Accountancy or student member of ACCA, HKICPA AIA related qualification is preferred
• At least 5 years relevant working experience in trading industry
• Attentive to details, well-organized, strong sense of responsibility and willing to work under pressure
• Experience in ERP systems is preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese
• Immediately available will be advantage
