 Credit Documentation Manager / Senior Manager - Loan Agency

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Issue banking facility letter and prepare security documentation according to credit approval
• First level checking of document execution and identify any discrepancy
• Ensuring all condition precedents are fulfilled before drawdown of facilities
• Liaise with solicitors on mortgage execution / non-standard documentation
• Maintain collateral information and document data in collateral management system
• Work on ad hoc projects as required

REQUIREMENTS

• To meet the challenge, he / she should possess the following qualifications and attributes
• Relevant credit documentation experience gained in the banking or legal field
• A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of the Companies Ordinance
• Sound computer system and banking products knowledge
