• Independent handling all product specifications, prototypes, samples, cost with customers, suppliers, and factory departments
• Following up all aspects of customers, production processes, quality and shipment schedules and related matters
• Over 3 years solid experience in merchandising and factory experience
• Strong at PRODUCTION PROCESS as well as TECHNICAL SKILL on different kind of shoes
• At least 3-5  years’ solid experience in merchandising field in handling CAUSAL SHOES from medium to medium-high product in which 3 YEARS FACTORY EXP is a MUST
• Travel to Dongguan  is required
