Job brief:

We are looking for a passionate candidate to fill the position of Sales & Merchandising Assistant (junior position).  The successful candidate will be helping both out with both the Sales and Merchandising tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the teams by managing schedules, communicating relevant information with the internal and external parties, filling and filing documents.
• Handle the processing of orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in other tasks such as QC, market research and after-sales support when requested.

Requirements:

• Post-secondary graduate.
• Some experience in sales, merchandising or other administrative positions will be advantageous.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Good computer skills (MS office).
• Well-organized, self-motivated, self disciplined, diligent and willing to learn with.
• A team player with a high level of dedication.
