Major Responsibilities

• Developing the new market in Overseas, China & Hong Kong to achieve sales revenue targets (Audio visual electronics products: TV, smartphone, tablets…etc.)
• Formation of sales proposal and strategic marketing plan
• Explore new business opportunities and form strategic partnerships with the potential customers to achieve the growth of business
• Handling business reports, budget & forecast sales analysis for management’s review and decision
• Sound knowledge of the market trends within the industry
• Well understand the competitors within the industry
• Monitor and report on monthly or quarterly turnover against target
• Maintain the customer relationship and ensure customer satisfaction is being met
• Forecast and change of strategic plan regularly

Requirements

• Proven track record in achieving business objectives and sales goals
• Diploma / Degree holder with minimum 5 – 10 years solid experience as sales managerial role
• Experience in B2B
• Strong product knowledge on Audio visual electronics products: TV, smartphone, tablet
• Frequent travel to China
• Outstanding organizational and analytical skills and strong negotiation techniques
• Strong leadership, team player, aggressive, result-driven with creative mind
• Strong presentation and communication skill in Chinese, English and Mandarin
